Subscription and Redemption Rules for Mingxi Capital Private Fund Products

Under the premise of being responsible for the assets of existing investors, the subscription and redemption mechanisms for each product are specified as follows:

For subscription (initial subscription/top-up), the subscription agreement must be completed before 14:00 on T-1 day, and the payment must be completed before 14:00 on T day. For redemption, the redemption agreement must be completed before 14:00 on T day.

To improve the efficiency of the agreement service, Mingxi Capital has fully launched the online product subscription and redemption agreement service. Each investor can choose to go through the reservation process through the Mingxi Capital official WeChat account or Tuo Private Fund. For detailed procedures, please consult the customer service.
