Mingxi Announcement | Suspension of Subscription for Mingxi Shanghai-Hong Kong-Shenzhen Dividend Select No.1 Private Securities Investment Fund

Dear Investors:
Based on the product operation considerations of cornerstone investors, and to ensure the operational efficiency and performance consistency of other products in the product line, our company has made the following adjustments to the fundraising arrangement of this product after careful evaluation and decision-making:

Starting from September 15, 2025, this product will suspend accepting subscription applications from all new clients. Additional subscriptions from existing investors can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. After the suspension of fundraising, the redemption business for the shares already held by investors will not be affected and can be handled normally during the product's open periods.

This suspension only applies to the single product Mingxi Shanghai-Hong Kong-Shenzhen Dividend Select No.1 Private Securities Investment Fund. Other products under the same strategy (such as Mingxi Shanghai-Hong Kong-Shenzhen Dividend Select No.2 Private Securities Investment Fund) and product lines under other strategies remain open for subscription as usual.
